I am a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience providing therapy in mental health settings over the last 10yrs. I have worked in the NHS and private practice.
I specialise in treating long-standing emotional and relational problems in adults.
I am trained to doctoral level and work with variety of therapy models, practicing in a multi-theoretical way. This means that my approach to therapy is based on individual need and collaboration with the client. My approach is person-centred, empathic and creative. The interventions I offer are tailored to take into account individual needs, hopes and social and cultural context.
